Does AFP 2023 San Diego Individual Registration Include Membership?

For AFP 2023 San Diego, the Individual Registration pricing has Member and Non-Member rates.  The Non-Member Individual Registration rate for AFP 2023 San Diego includes AFP Membership at a reduced rate ($395).  If you were to purchase the Membership separately, the price is $495.  If you try to become a Member to pay Member Individual Registration rates, then you will end up paying more.
