All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing, and should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the deadline outlined within the conference policy.
The refund may be subject to cancellation or processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. After the deadline, no refunds will be granted.
For specific fee details, review your registration form or confirmation e-mail, or contact email@example.com or +1.301.907.2862 and ask for the Customer Service department during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
All refunds will be issued in the manner in which the original transaction was received. Check refunds will take 30 business days to be processed and sent to the requestor. (Event cancellations have deadlines in which they can be received, if you are unsure of your eligibility for a refund, contact Customer Service)
