You can update this information by logging onto the www.afponline.org website to access your profile. Once logged in hover over My Account to select Manage My Account.
To update Personal Information click "Edit".
To change your employer information you may need to "Submit Company Name Change" with updated organization information. If your Name has changed, please contact us - and specify if you are certified or are enrolled in the CTP or FPAC program.
Select the Contact Information line that you want to update (address, e-mail or phone), or click "Add" to provide additional information. If you are making a purchase, you should make any updates before completing the purchase so that the address information is correct. Start with the country first for proper location listing, making sure to check the box for primary. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses if you purchase the Essentials of Treasury Management, please enter a physical address. Please note that while you may add additional information, only one primary address indicated by a check mark will be used for future contacts.
Then click the “Save” button that depending on your browser – may be hidden behind the Cancel button
Your primary e-mail address on file is your login for the website. Make sure that the e-mail address you want to use for your login has a check mark. If you remove the check mark when you are logged in and do not add another e-mail address and mark it as primary, then you will not be able to login again.
Then click the “Save” button that depending on your browser – may be hidden behind the Delete button
